ECG announces power outage on May 3 for emergency maintenance in Kumasi – see affected areas

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced a planned power interruption as part of emergency maintenance works aimed at improving service delivery.

The maintenance exercise is scheduled as follows:

  • Date: Sunday, May 3, 2026

  • Time: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
